Unfortunately, we do not ship outside these regions at this time. Please reach out to customers@laflordeco.com for any special inqueries.

Delivery

Our goal is to deliver all products within 7 days of your order being placed (within EU). While we strive to meet this timeline, please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as holiday season demand or weather-related delays.

We use shipping companies to deliver our product to address indicated at the Check out.

In case you have to make a change regarding delivery address, please reach out to us by customers@laflordeco.com and we will try to help if it will be possible to make modifications.

Since our products are designed to last, we encourage you to place your order in advance to ensure timely delivery, especially for special occasions.

Returns

Due to fragile nature of our product we do not offer returns, exchanges and refunds unless product has been delivered damaged due to inapropriate packaging or wrong product has been sent.

In case product has been damaged for any other reason, please reach out to customers@laflordeco.com with images and we will consult you to fix the item at the comfort of your home.

Materials

We only work with high quality products of natural origin unless stated otherwise (seasonal decorations).

We source most of our product locally, within EU from trustworthy providers.
